Marcin Jerzy Duszyński is co-founder of Capital One Advisers and the President of its Management Board.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Madison, USA, he has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of financial advisory services and the management of investment funds.
At Capital One Advisers he has supervised a series of capital transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, raising finance and has supervised strategic advisory projects.
Mr. Duszyński has managed the implementation of projects for i.a. Societe Generale Asset Management Alternative Investments, Grupa Vectra S.A., ABG Ster-Projekt S.A. (currently Asseco group), Grupa Allcon, Electus S.A., EGB Investments S.A., Krynicki Recykling S.A., Medicalgorithmics S.A., Centrum Klima S.A., eSky.pl S.A., Dirlango Sp. z o.o. ,Glass-Team Sp. z o.o., Nimbus Investments, Rankomat.pl S.A. and eBroker.pl.
He has previously worked with leading private equity funds – between 1994 and 1997 for Innova Capital and subsequently, Enterprise Investors. Between 2000 and 2002 he was a Director at Advent International.
Between 1998 and 2000 he managed the Warsaw branch of the U.S. consulting company Communications Equity Associates, and carried out financing and M&A projects in the Polish media and telecommunications sector.
