WellMed, operator of the WellMed Medical Centres signed a cooperation agreement with Capital One Advisers

In the implementation of the Company’s development strategy involving the expansion of a network of private health centres for demanding clients, the adviser will support the Company in the planning and implementation of the financing of development.

The cooperation will include the identification of suitable partners to support the Company’s development with capital and strategically, as well as agreeing the terms of cooperation with them.

Capital One Advisers has been operating on the market of capital advisory services for over 10 years. It specializes in supporting M&A transactions and raising capital for companies on the private and public market.

An important element of Wellmed’s development strategy is the expansion of the network of medical centres, including, in particular the establishment of WellMed centres in new voivodships. The decision to work with a specialized adviser will be supported by the Management Board in the relations with potential partners who can participate in the Company’s rapid growth on the medical market.
