Konsalnet Holding S.A. is one of the leaders in the security industry in Poland, operating in the market since 1994. The current structure of the holding was formed as a result of capital transactions carried out in 2007-2012 with the participation of Societe Generale Asset Management (now Value 4 Capital Eastern Europe LP). The process of building the holding company in its current form began with the acquisition, with our participation, of Skorpion Security in 2007.

Konsalnet Holding S.A. provides services in all relevant segments of the security market, i.e., physical protection, monitoring, and cash processing. At the time of the cash processing transaction, it held a leading position in the domestic market. Konsalnet Holding provides security services for several thousand facilities, and monitoring services to approx. 40,000 customers. The group’s clients include Poland’s largest banks, retail chains, public buildings, industrial facilities, as well as military units.
